1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We currently do not ship outside the United States.

NeoClear LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

NeoClear LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, NeoClear LLC will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
